I take it so seriously that I don't reply to generic copy/paste messages from guys who haven't even read my profile. I'm a 25-year-old woman who does online dating because I'm not into the bar scene and I don't date coworkers, so I'm limited in places to meet men my age. They think if they throw enough sh*t at the wall, something will stick.

Your boyfriend is not always going to be living with his parents and eventually you'll end up building your own relationship with his family. Personally Mackie I think that you are dealing with the situation really well, it's an awkward place to be in but I think it will get better with time.
