She didn't cheat one night and realize it - she continually cheated day after day, week after week, and month after month. That's alot of time to really look at what she was doing and correct it. I echo what Bryanp said.

Look at all these women who say they can't find anything wrong with their husbands but still want a divorce. I am not trying to say all women are like this but stop acting like it is just men that do this. Men get blamed for a lot that in reality both genders are guilty of. It happens all the time.

I agree that her son will always be her priority. I am more financially capable than she is and I have supported her throughout the year (helped fixed her car, provided small loans). I live on my own and support myself. She lives at home with Mom. Thanks for your response. I've also shown that I'm capable of being in the child's life, just maybe not up to her satisfaction (but because of limiting factors). It's possible that she just wants something to change but doesn't know how. She is 25 and I am 28. Does that mean a woman can use their child as an excuse to end a relationship as they please?

Really why should I bust my butt at the gym everyday and try to keep our sex life exciting when he is still going to want other people.
