john's sort can be good and valerian root. i found a few herbal supplements that are supposed to calm you down. john's wort has some sort of health issues with it and valerian can make you really sleepy. i ordered it and i really hope it works. but i heard st. have any of you guys tried something like this that has been successful for you? i found this supplement on a forum that someone recommended for approach anxiety called A2X approach anxiety exterminator. i heard st.

I think in the right situation I would tell her how I'm feeling, but there's when the pressure comes in. I must admit that now I go early every time I can on purpose so I can talk to her, but I didn't have any luck yet. First of all I can't find a good time to talk to her since we only meet in class and we never get the chance to be alone, maybe some really rare occasions when I'm early and she's too... which happened only once and by accident.

He has made a comment before about how he hides his empty wine bottles under the sink so he doesn't have to hear her complain, her supposed reason being his grandpa and great grandpa were alcoholics. My main concern is that he might be an alcoholic. He said its because she got sick and needed help, but after getting to know him more, I think HE needed the help.
