I bet her mom isn't at the beach

My main priority is to not seem needy or clingy, so what do you guys think I should do? Now what should I do? Now, I was planning on asking her on our second date; 10pm, 10:30, 11pm rolls around and no call. I gave her a call last night around 8 and there was no answer, so I just sent her a text message saying I tried calling and cracked a joke about how shes always sleeping when I called.. My point being is that I hate it when people say they are going to do things and don’t follow through, I mean; I was looking forward to her call. Should I wait like another 3 or 4 days when its too late to call and ask for another date??? (I wanted to get a date for this weekend) Or should I call either tonight or Thursday? She called back around 9 and we talked for a bit, she was on her cell phone. Still no call or anything.. Its been about 3/4 days since I had my date with that girl I was seeing. I then suggested that she give me a call when she got home, she said she would so we hang up. So I just sent her another text saying if she plans on calling to call my cellphone because people were sleeping at my house. I know this sounds a little as if I am overanalyzing the situation and if I am please tell me..
