I feel like I am just as much to blame for the suggestive conversations and flirting. I would not list that as my reason of resignation or tell anybody about it because quite honestly I don't feel this is a sexual harassment in the workplace type of situation. I guess that if the feelings were mutual and it was made clear to me, I would just have an "I told ya so" moment with myself and that would be my way to justify leaving the company. To avoid staying in a place where I could potentially find myself in dangerous waters because I would then know that there was a possibility he would try something and I might let him.
