I don't think anyone here can do the post-mortem you are asking for. The whole point of being with someone else is that it should be fun! What I do feel very strongly about is that it should not be this difficult. Your relationships seem to be marked by a lack of flow. I am not sure whether you are picking the wrong guys or if you do something to sabotage the r/s, but it strikes me that your realtionships are way more work than they should be.
