He's interested in you, and you talk every day, so that's good. It seems like maybe he wouldn't have time to have someone else in his life. However, even if he's willing to be exclusive right now, he might not want to be a year from now, once the divorce is final and he feels more steady on his single feet. It seems to me that talking to him is the best thing to do.
